Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** General Production Associate - Entry Level

**Location:** Moraine, OH

**Pay Range:** $16

**Shift:** M-F 7 am - 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch break

What's the Job?

+ Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.

+ Assist with the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.

+ Conduct visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe and productive environment.

+ Follow all safety policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring safety features on equipment are functional.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

+ Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

+ Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures diligently.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work as part of a team.
