Our client, in the Industrial Production sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly, packaging, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Associate

**Pay Range:** $16 per hour

**Shift:** 2pm - 12am, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

+ Accurately select, measure, and pour liquids or powders for industrial and educational production lines

+ Counting, sorting, manual material handling

+ Assist in packing goods for educational kits used in schools, supporting STEM courses

+ Set up and stage equipment and materials for various production tasks

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following standard operating procedures

What's Needed?

+ High School diploma or GED equivalent

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations such as counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards

+ Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
