    Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Shop Operator to join their team. As a Machine Shop Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a willingness to learn, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Machine Shop CNC Operator

    **Location:** St Charles, MO

    **Pay Range:** $18

    **Shift:** Second Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout your shift.

    + Review work order instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.

    + Log in and out of the barcode system for each order.

    + Operate manual machines as needed and inspect parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and head gauges.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Must be at least 18 years old.

    + Willingness to train on and operate a variety of machines as needed.

    + Ability to read blueprints.

    + Basic shop math skills.

    + Preferred schooling with 1 year of machine shop experience.
