Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sterilization Associate - Madison to join their team. As a Sterilization Associate - Madison, you will be part of the Sterilization Support Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sterilization Associate - Madison
**Location:** Madison, GA
**Pay Range:** $16.50/hour
**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 6am-2:30pm
What's the Job?
+ Configure outbound shipments, verify numbers and quantities, stack boxes onto specific pallet patterns.
+ Accept materials from other divisions/departments for ethylene oxide sterilization.
+ Verify catalog numbers, lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates as per procedures.
+ Complete JD Edwards transactions using IBM Data Collection scanners to receive products into Regional Sterilization.
+ Assemble and build sterilization loads according to palatalization diagrams and locate materials into pallet/BIN locations.
What's Needed?
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 1-2 years of experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
+ Good oral and written communication skills in Basic English.
+ Ability to perform basic mathematical computations and apply them operationally.
