    Position Overview:

    We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as **Production Operators** on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for safely operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, ensuring quality control, and accurately recording production data in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Follow all **safety policies and procedures** and maintain a hazard-free work area.

    + Receive and follow **oral and/or written work instructions** .

    + Ensure the workstation is clean and organized at the start of each shift.

    + **Verify and feed raw materials** into the production process as directed.

    + Ensure that products meet all **quality and food safety standards** .

    + Monitor product **yields** and investigate any discrepancies.

    + Accurately maintain all **production and process records** .

    + Monitor equipment for malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.

    + Report any **food safety concerns** immediately.

    + Clean equipment and workstation at the end of each shift.

    + Adhere to **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** , safety rules, sanitation rules, and good housekeeping practices.

    + Maintain a respectful and professional attitude while supporting a **positive team environment** .

    + Participate in all **required company training** related to food safety and plant safety.

    + Perform **other duties as assigned** by leadership.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

    + Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

    + Ability to read and write clearly, perform basic math, and record production data accurately.

    + Must be able to **work well with others** in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

    + Physically able to **stand, walk, kneel, climb, bend, reach, and pull** for extended periods.

    + Must be able to work in **varying environmental conditions** including hot, cold, wet, and humid areas.

    + Occasional exposure to **fumes, chemicals, or nut allergens** may occur.

    + Willingness to work **weekends, holidays, and varying shifts** as required.
