Kratos has an exciting opportunity in Colorado Springs for an Administrative Assistant having experience with the following job responsibilities:

+ Answering phones and greeting visitors

+ Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

+ Collecting and distributing mail

+ Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices or reports

+ Creating and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

+ Performing data entry and analysis

+ Assisting with event planning and coordination

+ Ordering and maintaining office supplies

+ Processing expense reports

+ Managing travel arrangements

Required Experience:

+ Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, Power Point

+ Excellent customer service skills with high level of professionalism

Preferred Skills and Experience

+ Cost Point or Sharepoint software program experience.

+ Previous experience working in a defense contractor environment.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000
