    Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Growth Manager to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, revenue planning, and partner enablement for our Sage Supply Chain Intelligence (SSCI) and Sage Distribution & Manufacturing Operations (SDMO) software Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel. This channel is a critical growth engine, expanding our reach into mid-market organizations that match our ideal customer profile (ICP) and require scalable, cloud-based ERP and financial solutions.

As the portfolio grows, complexity increases in aligning channel sales, partner marketing, and product teams to achieve predictable revenue growth. In this role, you will drive focused execution, ensure robust forecasting, and strengthen collaboration with key VAR partners, expanding market share and maximizing customer lifetime value.

This is a Hybrid role based on-site 3 days per week in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for the VAR channel, ensuring alignment with ICP and long-range growth objectives.

    • Own revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting for the VAR channel. Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Finance, and Channel Sales to surface risks, identify opportunities, and drive timely course corrections.

    • Build and maintain an actionable ICP-driven growth framework to help VARs target, acquire, and expand high-fit accounts.

    • Design and deliver scalable partner enablement programs, co-selling motions, and co-marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline generation and deal velocity.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve execution blockers and ensure VARs have clear messaging, sales plays, and product positioning that differentiate Sage SSCI and SDMO in the market.

    • Serve as the strategic advisor to the VP of VAR Channel and Regional Partner Managers on annual planning, territory strategy, partner health reviews, and business development initiatives.

    • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and insights to enhance decision-making, forecast accuracy, and partner accountability.

    • Represent the SSCI and SDMO VAR channel in business reviews with senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations and performance insights.

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years of experience in Channel GTM Strategy, Partner Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related experience

    • Deep expertise in selling through Value-Added Resellers (VARs)

    • Previous experience in a SaaS company is required, ideally within an ERP, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing/Distribution technology environment.

    • Demonstrated success growing revenue through value-added reseller partnerships and aligning channel efforts to an established ICP.

    • Strong understanding of Sage SSCI and SDMO markets, mid-market buyer personas, and the commercial levers that drive channel success.

    • Pipeline forecasting, revenue planning, and QBR frameworks that improve execution and accountability.

    • Proven ability to build trust and influence with internal stakeholders and external partners.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth strategies.

    Plenty of perks:

    • Competitive salaries that landed us top 5% of similar sized companies (according to Comparably)

    • Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage

    • 401(k) retirement match (100% matching up to 4%)

    • 32 days paid time off (21 personal days, 10 national holidays, 1 floating holiday)

    • 18 weeks paid parental leave for birth, adoption or surrogacy offered 1 year after start date

    • 5 days paid yearly to volunteer (through Sage Foundation)

    • $5,250 tuition reimbursement per calendar year starting 6 months after hire date

    • Sage Wellness Rewards Program ($600 wellness credit and $360 fitness reimbursement annually)
