What's in it for you?

+ Pay rates start at $21.50 per hour, can level up depending upon experience and knowledge

+ M-F shifts, some Saturdays, depending upon production schedules

What will you be doing?

+ Properly operate previously set up machines following given instructions and meeting safety, quality, and quantity standards

+ Inspect parts using master, drawing or process sheet to assure they meet quality standard

+ Adhere to all company safety requirements

+ Follow proper packaging, storage and handling instructions for completed parts

+ Move parts into or out of work area as needed

+ Properly complete all paperwork such as time cards, production cards, parts tags, scrap reports, work order sheets, etc.

+ Keep work are clean and orderly

+ Report all quality or safety problems to supervisor or coordinator

+ Actively participate in lean and continuous improvement processes throughout facility

What do you bring?

+ Minimum 2 year press operation experience

+ Able to read work documents and write legibly

+ Able to do basic math such as addition, subtraction and division

+ Able to read basic measuring tools

+ Physically able to meet essential job functions

+ Able to follow directions and work well with others

+ Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
