    Our client, a leading organization in the television and media industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Media Scheduling Data Entry Coordinator to join their team. As a Media Scheduling Data Entry Coordinator, you will be part of the Programming Department supporting the Scheduling team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for television programming, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Media Scheduling Data Entry Coordinator

    **Location:** OPEN TO REMOTE

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Update and maintain program information and schedules within the client's systems for various networks and channels

    + Create, distribute, and update scheduling documents and strategic planning tools

    + Track episode telecasts, ratings history, and industry trends using Nielsen ratings and other research tools

    + Act as a liaison for high-volume requests for scheduling and programming information

    + Collaborate with production, network operations, and media logistics teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in television or programming industry, specifically with linear TV scheduling

    + Proficiency with programming data entry tools such as Broadview or similar platforms

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to handle tedious data entry tasks

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic workload effectively
