Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a L2 Production Support Analyst in Chicago to join their team. As a L2 Production Support Analyst, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting trading and risk management systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, resilience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** L2 Production Support Analyst

**Location:** Chicago, IL

**Pay Range:** $73.00

What's the Job?

+ Provide first-level support for trading applications, ensuring smooth trade lifecycle management.

+ Collaborate closely with traders, front office personnel, and technology teams to resolve issues promptly.

+ Escalate and manage production incidents using fundamental problem management disciplines.

+ Develop and maintain documentation for incident management and training purposes.

+ Perform analysis on new requirements and system improvements based on trader feedback and operational needs.

What's Needed?

+ 7+ years of experience in production support within a financial environment

+ Strong knowledge of UNIX/Shell scripting, MS SQL Server, and Dynatrace for performance analysis.

+ Experience with Linux operating systems, ITIL principles, and enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk and ITRS Geneos.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment.
