    Production Operator – 3rd Shift

    **Location:** Hot Springs, AR

    **Schedule:** Monday – Thursday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM

    **Pay Rate:** _$19.34_

    Position Summary:

    We are currently hiring **3rd Shift Production Operators** to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a food manufacturing facility during overnight hours.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Follow all **safety policies and procedures** , maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.

    + Read and follow **written and verbal work instructions** accurately.

    + Ensure work area is clean and ready at the **start of each shift** .

    + **Verify and load raw materials** into the production process.

    + Monitor and operate production machinery to ensure smooth operations.

    + Conduct **quality checks** and report any discrepancies or defects.

    + Maintain **accurate production and process records** .

    + **Report any unusual problems, delays, safety issues, or food safety concerns** to the supervisor.

    + Clean work area and equipment at the **end of the shift** .

    + Adhere to **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMPs, sanitation, safety, and housekeeping standards** .

    + Participate in all **required safety and food safety training** .

    + Perform **other duties as assigned** by the supervisor or plant management.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

    + Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.

    + Ability to **work independently or in a team** in a fast-paced setting.

    + Must be able to **read, write, perform basic math** , and record accurate data.

    + Physically able to **stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds** .

    + Must be able to work in varying conditions: **hot, cold, wet, or humid** environments.

    + Occasional exposure to **fumes, chemicals, or nut allergens** may occur.

    + Willingness to work **overnight hours, weekends, holidays** , and overtime as needed.

    + Ability to be **reliable, respectful, and safety-focused** .
