Duties Description Under supervision, Senior Court Analysts work individually or as team leaders, onprojects that involve research and confidential analysis, planning and other related work in one or more of the following areas: budget development and court finance; personnel administration; resource allocation; and court system management andadministration. As team leaders, Senior Court Analysts supervise Junior Court Analysts and Court Analysts assigned to field or research projects of narrow scope.This position is assigned to the Office for Justice Initiatives. This position will provide essential support in managing administrative and fiscal tasks related to OJI grants and trainings. Duties include but are not limited to:• Assist with research and tracking of OJI grants, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting needs.• Provide logistical support for OJI trainings and conferences, including gathering venue information, preparing draft correspondence, and assisting with quote and contract requests.• Process travel requests and reimbursements for OJI staff, following established guidelines and procedures.• Assist with the preparation of travel approval and related documentation for presenters and contractors.• Support the management of invoices, supply requests, and promotional item orders.• Maintain and update records in the funding request system used by the 26 statewide Equal Justice Committees, under supervision.• Assist with distribution of Access to Justice materials, bench cards, and promotional items.
Minimum Qualifications One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
