    Job Description:

    Summary:

    This position is responsible for the production support of the Prime Air delivery drones. Responsibilities include the timely resolution of issues affecting hardware, software and user permissions, as well as routine hardware maintenance. Creation of NCRs, Work Instructions, and Work plans as needed to support the daily and future production activities. Other duties may be assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    * Detailed knowledge of CAD systems (Dassault Catia preferred)

    * Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    * Ability to maintain Customer Focus, stay motivated and be proactive.

    * Insist on the highest standards from self and others.

    * Good verbal and written communication skills.

    * Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

    * Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

    Experience:

    * BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or combination of education and relevant experience.

    * 0-3 years relevant work experience
