Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic process excellence initiatives across our global supply chain operations. This role will drive continuous improvement programs, optimize operational efficiency, and implement best practices to enhance our supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Candidate superpowers should include ownership, stakeholder management, creating clarity out of ambiguity, and enabling productive collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives focused on process excellence
• Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
• Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4 ERP system, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain modules
• Capability to translate complex SAP and supply chain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for program execution
• Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization initiatives
• Develop business cases for improvement initiatives
• Develop standardized processes and procedures across supply chain operations
• Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into process improvements
• Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguity
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Advanced experience with SAP modules such as MM, PP, MES, and EWM
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
