Position Responsibilities:
Drive discussions among internal operations, technical, and business teams to define system development requirements, technical solutions, and implementation test criteria for new warehouse management system software features. Prepare technical documents like wireframes and threat models to refine and promote ideas/concepts through approvals. Conduct and document acceptance testing to refine new software features ahead of release. Coordinate and prepare end-to-end users for production release, provide implementation triage support as-needed. Conduct post-launch evaluations to drive adoption and prove results of new features. Maintain program and product documentation as the system grows. Provide regular status updates and documentation to key stakeholders, ranging from in-path users to senior leaders.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept seven years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skills: (1) program, project, or product management experience in warehousing, manufacturing, data center, or reverse logistics environment; and (2) experience using warehouse management and inventory control systems. Up to 25% domestic & international travel to perform role responsibilities may be required.
