    Position Responsibilities:

    Develop financial models comparing different network design strategies. Provide support on long-term supply chain and capacity planning and forecasting. Provide analysis and recommendations for business lanes with quantitative justification. Provide day-to-day support during the rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback. Support complex ad-hoc analysis and recommendations. Publish weekly metrics reports in order for business teams (retail, transportation, fulfillment centers and customer service centers) to take proactive actions to improve customer experience. Support management team in metrics understanding and analysis. Map business requirements, understand business process, study and analyze workflows, design solutions and prepare functional specifications.

    Position Requirements:

    Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and two years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): 1) experience working in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation fields; 2) experience leading cross-functional supply-chain/logistics programs; 3) experience working on and leading the design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain initiatives; 4) experience with data mining and data analysis; 5) experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links; and 6) experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week.
