    Position Summary:

    + Responsible for supervision and support of patient care centers and ancillary departments.

    + Facilitates patient testing, crisis management resolution, and response to physician needs.

    + Acts as role model and as resource person.

    Position Requirements:

    + Current IL RN Licensure

    + American Heart Association CPR and ACLS required.

    + Minimum of 2 year of hospital ICU or ED experience required.

    + Specialty certification preferred

    + BSN degree, if not already obtained, required within 5 years of hire.

    + Demonstrated leadership ability.
