In addition, work in a diverse, collaborative environment that values respect, integrity, and teamwork.** *What You'll Do:* * Design and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance programs for the company, including policies, procedures, and training. * Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop and implement corrective action plans. * Work with the company’s training team to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards. * Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide regulatory intelligence program. * Design and implement comprehensive ethics and compliance programs for the company, including policies, procedures, and training. * Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk and develop and implement corrective action plans. * Work with the company’s training team to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance and ethical standards. * Establish and maintain an enterprise-wide regulatory intelligence program. * Work with operational, risk and finance leaders to document and monitor applicable regulations and corresponding controls. * Oversee monitoring activities and compliance audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. * Maintain and monitor the company’s confidential reporting system for compliance issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of complaints and allegations. * Oversee and coordinate internal investigations for alleged breaches of the company’s policies and procedures. * Develop, review, maintain and update company policies and procedures to promote ongoing compliance with laws and regulations. * Serve as a key advisor to senior management on compliance and ethical issues, providing guidance and recommendations.
