You will ensure that the electrical, electronic and mechanical assets of the section function in the manner required for normal safe operations as per outlined policies, procedures and statutes. Line/area end-to-end responsible for leading and developing the maintenance technical team (mechanics and electricians), scheduling and executing the PM Plan, managing machine breakdowns, contract resources, materials, and services to ensure the timely correction of defects, and working through the PM Pillar SWPs in line with the Plant CBN/Key Pillar KPIs.
**Working Hours:** Flexibility Needed 7AM-7PM.

How you will contribute
You will:
+ Ensure personal safety, food safety and quality protocols are followed.
+ People Development, Managing, Coaching and Feedback.
+ Daily Time and Attendance Approval/Management.
+ Team Skills Development following Skill Matrix and Main PM Losses.
+ Maintenance Performance, utilizing the MP&S WP to manage the maintenance routine daily and weekly.
+ Breakdown Management (Services and Materials), BDA and Breakdown Eradication Plan (Base Condition Restoring Plan.)
+ Abnormalities Tags/Notifications Management and Execution (Daily Management of Notification, WOs and Execution.
+ E2E Responsibility over 3 Shifts PM Crews (Owns PM DMSs Levels 1 and 2.)
+ AM Support, working in Principles Knowledge Transfer.
+ Share and align the maintenance plan and priorities with Shift & Line Managers through line DMS.
+ Exhibit solidarity within the Maintenance Organizations, Operations and other Support Functions (Teamwork).
+ Best Practices, sharing.
+ Parts and Services Budget Management and OT Management.
What you will bring
+ Execution with excellence and prioritizing results.
+ SAP, IL6S, exp union, process mapping, project management, budget, mechanical and electrical background.
+ Advanced Knowledge of PM of the PM Pillars, SWPs, and Step Progression.
+ Deep knowledge and understanding of Machine Working Principles and Manufacturing Processes, troubleshooting skills.
+ Qualified on the PM Pillar, up to PM Step – 5.
+ People Performance, Analysis and Recognition Skills.
+ Deep knowledge of Maintenance Good Practice and Reliability.
+ Understanding of critical HSE Standards like LOT, Machine Guarding, and PSM (If Applicable), among others.
+ Effective analytical skills to undertake Breakdown Analysis.
+ Labor Relations Conflict Management.
+ Deep Knowledge of IUOE and IAM.
+ Deep Knowledge of Q Points, CTP’s and CTQ.

Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor's of Education or Related Field of Knowledge.
+ Minimum of 5 Years Experience in Manufacturing Support or Related Field.
_This position is 100% on-site in our Chicago Plant, 7300 S Kedzie Avenue, Chicago IL 60629._
The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
