    We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of land development and infrastructure projects across diverse market sectors. This individual will play a pivotal role in mentoring staff, driving technical excellence, and fostering client relationships.     Responsibilities

    + Lead and coordinate land development and infrastructure projects.

    + Mentor junior staff and promote technical excellence.

    + Foster and maintain strong client relationships.

    + Manage projects from concept through construction documentation.

    + Develop and manage client relationships and generate new business.

    + Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects.

    + Prepare stormwater design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and related documentation.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

    + Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    + Minimum 6 years of experience in site/civil land development.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    + Strong technical background in site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and regulatory agencies.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with local, city, county, and state land use regulations.

    + Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.

    + Leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and motivating teams.

    + Expertise in stormwater design and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling.

    + Skilled in technical and proposal writing.

    + Detail-oriented with sound analytical and decision-making abilities.

    + Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $133000.00/yr.
