    We are seeking a dedicated Site Safety Manager to join our team and support a UVA Healthcare project in Charlottesville. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting site-specific safety programs. This role involves collaboration with the onsite team, owners, and additional contractors to conduct safety trainings.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop and implement site-specific safety programs.

    + Conduct and document all safety inspections.

    + Coordinate the job site hazard analysis program.

    + Conduct and document all project safety training.

    + Review and finalize all safety submittals.

    + Interact with subcontractors and the owner's representatives.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of experience in safety or a CHST degree.

    + OSHA 30 Certification.

    + First Aid Certification.

    + CPR Certification.

    + AED Certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in safety management, construction safety, and training development.

    + Proficiency in safety procedures and safety training programs.

    Work Environment

    This position is based onsite in Charlottesville, supporting a UVA project. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders in a construction setting. Candidates should be willing to relocate for project needs and will benefit from ample opportunities for advancement in our growing market.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Charlottesville, Virginia.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr.
