Description
Develop project plans to include engineering milestones, tasks, tollgates, and well-defined timelines. Conduct engineering analysis including initial and ongoing design reviews, FEA, material selection, and tolerance studies. Identify deficiencies and develop solutions for improvement Create, maintain, and review detailed engineering documentation including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and test reports. Develop an accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects. Lead prototyping, testing; and evaluations of theoretical designs. Test and reliability studies Use research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design. Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing principles. Stay current with industry standards, safety regulations, and emerging technologies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
