Job Title: Senior Project ManagerJob Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise to lead projects in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial and institutional settings.

Responsibilities

+ Manage the overall labor efforts for projects, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

+ Oversee construction management and project execution, focusing on mechanical and plumbing systems.

+ Ensure project management controls are in place, including schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety measures.

+ Solve problems effectively and ensure familiarity with the installation and operation of mechanical and plumbing systems.

Essential Skills

+ 5-10 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems.

+ Experience working with projects exceeding $5 million.

+ Experience with a self-perform mechanical/plumbing contractor.

+ Proficient in project management, construction, and mechanical engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Demonstrated ability in managing industrial and institutional mechanical construction.

+ Capability in handling project management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with mechanical and plumbing system installation and operation.

This is a Permanent position based out of Henrico, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
