             Job Title: Production TechnicianJob Description We are seeking dedicated Production Technicians to join our team in OKC. This role involves handling various tasks related to inventory management, packaging, and shipping in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Accurately count and verify incoming merchandise. + Record product data in inventory systems. + Match physical stock with digital records. + Package and ship products efficiently. + Inspect shipments to ensure they are undamaged and properly dated. Essential Skills + Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping. + Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). + Understanding of sterilization and sanitation processes. + Attention to detail to ensure product quality and compliance with labeling standards. + Ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and shipment preparation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor, packaging, manufacturing, and cleanroom environments. + Strong team collaboration and communication skills. + Capability to work closely with colleagues in a manufacturing setting. + Effective communication with supervisors and team members. Work Environment Production Technicians work in a highly regulated environment that adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Certain roles require cleanroom certification, particularly those involving vial filling and capping. The work is fast-paced and requires standing for extended periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00/hr.
