As a Recruiter or Account Manager, you will drive business results by sourcing top candidates, building client relationships, and meeting ambitious performance goals. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, interviewing, negotiating offers, managing pipelines, and collaborating with colleagues to exceed hiring and sales targets. Key Skills & Competencies

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, curiosity, and a passion for connecting people with opportunity. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strengths in:

+ Full-cycle recruiting, technical sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ATS proficiency.

+ Prospecting, pipeline management, lead generation, inside sales, and client engagement.

+ Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

+ Building relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting both candidates and clients.

+ Multitasking, problem solving, process improvement, and project management.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

+ Experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is a plus.

+ Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

+ Professional certifications in HR, recruiting, or sales are a bonus.

+ Strong business acumen and a desire for continuous learning.

+ Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting.

+ Interest in building a long-term career in talent solutions or client engagement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
