    Job Title: Structural EngineerJob Description

     

    We are seeking mid- to senior -level Structural Engineers to support projects in the Oil & Gas or Power Generation sectors. Candidates will be aligned to one of these industries based on experience. This role involves the design and analysis of structural systems for industrial facilities, including pipe racks, equipment supports, foundations, and buildings. Engineers will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform structural analysis and design for steel and concrete structures.

    + Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and calculation packages.

    + Review vendor submittals and coordinate with procurement and construction teams.

    + Conduct site visits and provide field engineering support.

    + Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

    + Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project planning and execution.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in structural design, civil engineering, and structural analysis for concrete and steel.

    + Experience in oil and gas or power generation sectors.

    + Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, RISA, or similar structural software.

    + Familiarity with ASCE, AISC, API, and ACI codes.

    + Experience in EPC or field engineering in industrial settings.

    + Strong communication and technical documentation skills.

    + Professional Engineer (PE) license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).

    + PE license required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

    + 6–15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors.

    + Experience with seismic and wind load design.

    + Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Revit, Tekla, and Navisworks is a plus.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

    + Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

    Work Environment

    The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility for remote and in-office collaboration, primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Engineers work in project-based teams with cross-disciplinary coordination, allowing opportunities for site visits and field engineering support.     This is a Permanent position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
