Job Duties:
** Advanced technical training – mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, Fanuc in a manufacturing environment*
1. Follow Standardized Work Instructions
2. Supports the teams in operational improvement
3. Develops Initial Standard Work Practices with the teams
4. Quality Checks and Inspections
5. Problem Solving – Recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part
6. Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, and performs scheduled maintenance and repairs of production equipment during machine service.
7. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled production runs.
8. Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
9. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
10. Comply with OSHA Safety and Health Rules
11. Know the proper and improper use of PPE and equipment with ultimate concern for personal safety and safety of others
12. Communicate any/all issues with equipment that needs to be addressed on weekend or other designated downtime of equipment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement
2. Supports annual operating plan
3. Cleaning and enhancing their work area
4. Perform 5S audits
5. Develop ideas for Kaizen and participate in implementation
6. Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Shift: 6:00pm - 4:30am must be able to work weekends and overtime
Payrate: $24-$34/hour
**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $34.00 per hour
