Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a **Production Operator** positions in **Swiftwater, PA** . You’ll work in a clean, fast-paced environment helping prepare and inspect eggs used in vaccine development. This role involves physical tasks, strict hygiene protocols, and rotating duties. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working overnight shifts.

All associates MUST be willing to get an up-to-date flu vaccine. Must be able to produce vaccination record if already received.

Responsibilities:

1.Egg Handling:

+ Handling eggs and egg embryos used in vaccine production

+ Adhere to current Good Manufactuing Processes

+ Performs tasks on schedule to meet demand.

+ Accurately completes paperwork and documentation

+ Cleaning and preparing all equipment and safety materials

2.Cleaning & Equipment Prep:

+ Wash trays and carts

+ Move clean trays to staging areas

+ Disassemble and clean machines after production

+ Reassemble equipment for next use

3.General Duties:

+ Follow strict hygiene and gowning procedures

+ Wear protective gear (scrubs, gloves, mask, etc.)

+ Work on your feet for 8–10 hours

+ Use basic computer skills

Requirements:

+ Lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, squatting, reaching).

+ Pass a respirator fit test.

+ Comfortable working in a sterile, cleanroom environment.

+ Follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

+ Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.

+ Flexible schedule (days off may change weekly).

+ Successfully pass background check and drug test

Important Notes:

You’ll work with live viruses (like flu), so vaccines are required.

No jewelry, makeup, nail polish, or scented products allowed.

Protective clothing includes scrubs, hair/beard covers, safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and sometimes Tyvek suits.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
