    We’re looking for a **hands-on Maintenance Technician** to join a well-established manufacturing company with multiple facilities in California, Arizona, and Mexico. This company has been in business for decades and is known for producing high-quality printed and fabricated products used in various industries.

     

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for keeping production and facility equipment running smoothly. If you have mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and enjoy troubleshooting and fixing equipment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production and building equipment.

    + Help keep machines running by identifying and fixing mechanical or electrical problems.

    + Complete preventive maintenance and record all work performed.

    + Support production by reducing downtime and responding quickly to maintenance needs.

    + Assist with new equipment installs, upgrades, and facility projects.

    + Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other equipment as needed.

    + Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.

    + Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills required.

    + Technical or vocational training a plus.

    + Familiarity with 120V–480V electrical systems a plus.

    + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in active environments.

    + Flexible to work off-shifts or weekends when urgent maintenance is needed.

    + Valid driver’s license required (passport preferred for occasional travel).
