    Product Manager Sr

     

    We're looking for a skilled **Product Manager Sr** to join our team.

     

    This position will act as the Product Owner and will be working in the HR compensation domain.

     

    Jira and Workday are mandatory. You will untilize Agile processes to initiate a flexible approach to project management that focuses on delivering value through small, frequent releases, continuous customer collaboration, and the ability to adapt to change. You will build, test, design and get feedback, which helps to ensure the final product meets customer needs and can quickly respond to new information.

     

    **Pay:** $56.47/HR (34.04/HR)

    **Shift:** M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM

    **Location:** HYBRID - Richmond, VA

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Identify, validate, and prioritize solution opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners.

    + Gather requirements and definition of done criteria for prioritized initiatives through engagement with stakeholders, product, design, and tech partners.

    + Document and present recommendations, delivery progress and maintain road maps for active initiatives.

    + Partner with business to define features.

    + Partner with engineering to refine features.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.

    + Experience with Jira and Workday.

    + 3 years’ of product management experience or at least 3 years’ of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

    + 2+ years’ of experience working in Agile processes.

    + Ability to leverage domain knowledge to recommend solution approaches and validate technical plans.

    + End-to-end understanding of the product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to be able to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business.

    + Strong and proactive communication skills.

    **Pay Details:** $56.47 per hour
