Now Hiring: Travel Physical Therapist Assistant – Outpatient Clinic
Schedule: Day shift, 8-5, M-F
Duration: 26 weeks with an ASAP start date
Key Responsibilities:
+ Help patients regain mobility and function through hands-on treatment like exercises and massage
+ Utilize assistive devices effectively to support patient function and independence
+ Execute treatment plans developed by a physical therapist to address injuries, illnesses, or disabilities
+ Prepare therapy equipment for appointments and maintain a clean and safe treatment area
+ Observe patients during and after therapy, record their progress, and report findings and any changes to the physical therapist
Qualifications:
+ Current FL state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required
+ Physical strength, stamina, and strong communication skills
+ An associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
+ Current AHA BLS is required
+ 2+ years’ experience in geriatric and orthopedic care settings is preferred
Pay Breakdown:
+ $720 per week (taxable)
+ $805 weekly per diem (non-taxable)
**Pay Details:** $1,525.00 per week
