    Job Title: Hydrogeologist

    Job Description

    Lead and execute pumping and aquifer tests across diverse geologic settings. Conduct hydrogeologic investigations and groundwater modeling. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop groundwater sourcing strategies. Support high-profile projects such as a potential large-scale water bottling facility in Jefferson County, WV. Mentor junior staff and contribute to project planning and execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and execute pumping and aquifer tests in various geologic settings.

    + Conduct comprehensive hydrogeologic investigations and groundwater modeling.

    + Prepare and present detailed technical reports and documentation.

    + Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective groundwater sourcing strategies.

    + Support high-profile projects, including large-scale water bottling facilities.

    + Mentor junior staff and contribute actively to project planning and execution.

    Essential Skills

    + Expertise in hydrogeology and hydrology.

    + Proficiency in project management and groundwater modeling.

    + Experience with specialized pumping/aquifer tests and hydrogeology.

    + Strong report writing and groundwater site sampling skills.

    + Professional Geologist (PG) certification, preferably licensed in PA, DE, or VA.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + 8-10 years of experience in sourcing groundwater development.

    + Experience with modeling aquifer systems, particularly karst geology.

    + Strong communication skills and ability to develop business.

    + Proficiency in environmental science, drilling, and hydraulics.

    + Excellent writing skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $51.00/hr.
