    We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support the acquisition maintenance group. This role involves quickly ramping up on products, leading and executing engineering tasks, and alleviating workload from the team lead.

    Responsibilities

    + Rapidly gain proficiency with customer products.

    + Apply experience in production support and test engineering.

    + Lead and follow through on assigned tasks and product initiatives.

    + Take ownership of responsibilities to support manager's workload.

    + Utilize JIRA for task and project tracking.

    Essential Skills

    + Highly motivated to complete work and able to motivate others.

    + Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, including qualification testing.

    + Familiarity with DO-160 or similar standards for environmental testing of avionics.

    + Exceptional organizational skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with IEC standards similar to RTCA DO-160.

    + Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft, DOORS, and JIRA.

    + Understanding of MIL-STD.

    Work Environment

    The role is 100% onsite in Exton, PA, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The group focuses on obsolescence management within the product line and test equipment issues and development. Dress code and facility conditions adhere to professional engineering environments.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, Pennsylvania.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
