Position Summary:

The Floor Supervisor / Lead plays a critical role in supporting daily operations at the client site. This position is responsible for overseeing temporary associates, ensuring production goals and safety standards are met, providing hands-on leadership on the floor, and maintaining strong communication between associates, client leadership, and the staffing team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and support a team of associates to ensure daily production and quality goals are achieved.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for associates on the floor—answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating as needed.

+ Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance with company and client policies.

+ Assist with new hire orientations, training, and on-the-job coaching.

+ Track and report daily headcount, productivity, and any safety or performance concerns.

+ Ensure a safe and clean work environment, promoting adherence to all safety protocols.

+ Partner with client leadership to support operational needs and staffing levels.

+ Communicate scheduling changes, job assignments, and expectations clearly to associates.

+ Support shift start-up, breaks, and end-of-shift processes to ensure smooth operations.

+ Document and escalate performance or behavioral issues to onsite management.

Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred (preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or light industrial environment).

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to build positive relationships with both associates and client partners.

+ Reliable, punctual, and organized.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to walk, stand, or be on the production floor for extended periods.

+ Ability to lift up to [X lbs] as needed depending on the site.

Schedule:

+ Full-time; must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
