    _Shift: Monday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; Tuesday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM_

     

    _(Shift subject to change; possible Tuesday–Saturday schedule)_

    What You’ll Do

    + Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance

    + Train associates on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures

    + Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure supply availability

    + Enforce safety and housekeeping standards across the warehouse

    + Perform merchandise reconciliation and oversee inventory handling

    + Identify and resolve workflow or performance issues to maintain efficiency

     

    What You’ll Bring

    Required:

    + 4+ years of warehouse experience

    + Previous supervisory or team lead experience

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

    Preferred:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

    + Analytical and math skills for inventory and performance tracking

    + Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

    + Steel-toed boots required

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
