Adecco is seeking a highly motivated **Production Control Coordinator** to join our client’s growing team in **Newark, DE.** This fully on-site role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with one of today’s most cutting-edge technologies, helping shape the future of production operations and logistics.
As a key member of our Production Control team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product availability aligns with customer needs, operational schedules, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain a tactical focus on near-term customer shipments, ensuring product availability and inventory readiness to meet shipment schedules.
+ Support inventory allocation and execute shipment transactions to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
+ Monitor manufacturing performance against plan, identify risks to product availability, and help develop recovery plans to stay on track.
+ Coordinate logistics and inventory processes to align with production and order fulfillment timelines.
+ Assist in aligning ERP data and analytics systems to provide traceability from product output to customer delivery.
+ Offer guidance on resolution timelines when rework or quality inspections are needed.
+ Provide general support to the broader Production Control team as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
+ Entry-level experience is the minimum requirement; internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with databases is a plus.
+ Experience working with ERP systems for inventory and order transactions; Oracle experience preferred.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ A proactive, creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
