Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Puller
Pay Rate: $21/hr + Overtime
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Warehouse Puller. This position requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of forklifts and a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability.
Requirements:
+ Minimum 12 months of experience operating Cherry (Order) Picker, Stand-Up Reach Truck, Sit-Down Single Forklift, and Stand-On Electric Pallet Jack
+ Must be well-groomed and professionally presentable (no face or neck tattoos; hand/arm tattoos must be covered during business hours)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform standing, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
+ Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
+ Reliable transportation to and from work required
+ Ability to focus on details in a fast-paced environment
+ Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Must pass a drug test and background check
+ Comfortable working in multi-temperature environments (hot and cold, including sub-zero)
Training and Transition:
+ Training Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM (plus additional hours as needed) – Pay: $20/hr + differential
+ Upon completion of training, candidates will transition to 2nd Shift:
+ Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Overtime as needed up to 2:00 AM)
+ Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Freezer Role Option:
Candidates with at least one year of experience in a sub-zero freezer environment (-10°F) are preferred for the freezer position.
+ Pay Rate: $21/hr
+ Shift: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 9:30 PM; Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
