    + Shift: **Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM**

    Responsibilities

    + **Operate and perform complete set-ups** of post-press equipment, requiring manual and automated adjustments of intermediate difficulty.

    + **Determine and meet all order requirements** , ensuring product accuracy, proper ink coverage, accurate quantity, and correct labeling to exceed customer expectations.

    + **Maintain production operation** by following policies, including using a **powered hand truck** to manage materials and inspecting orders for errors.

    + **Resolve production issues** by altering the process and notifying the Team Manager as needed, while actively contributing to **cross-training** efforts.

    Requirements

    + Must be **18 years old** and eligible to work in the USA, with a **High School Diploma** or equivalent.

    + Minimum of **1 year of manufacturing experience** and **1 year of plating experience** is required.

    + Must possess **strong attention to detail** and **strong verbal and written communication skills** .

    + Requires **strong computer knowledge** and **basic PC knowledge** for utilizing computer systems in the completion of duties.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
