Position Overview
A leading automotive manufacturing company is seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support its injection molding and auxiliary equipment operations. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automated systems to ensure safe and efficient production performance.
Key Responsibilities
+ Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
+ Partner with the Maintenance Superintendent to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including reading and interpreting electrical schematics (Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs).
+ Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic circuits; read and understand related schematics.
+ Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on 6-axis and Cartesian robots.
+ Conduct general maintenance, debugging, and repair on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
+ Execute lockout/tagout procedures on all applicable machinery.
+ Collaborate with equipment suppliers to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
+ Operate forklifts, man lifts, and cranes (training and certification provided as needed).
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED required.
+ Strong **mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience** required; industrial controls experience is a plus.
+ Previous experience with **automotive injection molding** and **robotics** strongly preferred.
+ Basic computer literacy (Windows environment) required; programming experience is a plus.
+ Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.

**Pay Details:** $34.00 to $40.00 per hour
