Adecco is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator in Redding, CA.
About the Role
The HR Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, training, and reporting. This role ensures accurate data, timely communication, and smooth HR operations. Competitive pay of $20/hour + other great benefits.
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate recruiting and onboarding
+ Maintain HRIS data and support payroll processing
+ Administer benefits and leave programs
+ Manage employee records and ensure compliance
+ Track training and generate HR reports
+ Provide support on HR policies and systems
Qualifications
+ Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
+ 1–3 years of HR or admin experience
+ Familiarity with HRIS (Paylocity preferred)
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Ability to handle confidential information
Work Environment
+ Office-based with computer work
+ Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
+ Fast-paced with shifting priorities

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
