Adecco is assisting a local San Jose, CA client to hire a HR Recruitment Specialist.
**Job Title:** HR Recruitment Specialist
**Location:** San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $33.00 to $43.00 an hour DOE – Temp to hire
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced **HR Recruitment Specialist** to join our Bay Area team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic staffing initiatives to attract top talent across professional, technical, and hourly roles. The HR Recruitment Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate-to-employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and pre-boarding.
+ Coordinate interview logistics including scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules.
+ Conduct structured phone and video interviews and facilitate panel sessions.
+ Collect and synthesize interviewer feedback to guide hiring decisions.
+ Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, and niche job boards.
+ Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles (engineering, supply chain/MRO, operations, facilities, IT/infosec).
+ Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements and market insights.
+ Manage background checks, offer letters, and onboarding logistics.
+ Support new-hire orientations and first-day experiences.
+ Draft engaging job postings and represent the company at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
+ Track and report key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
+ Provide recruiting support for additional U.S. locations as needed.
+ Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
+ 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including professional, technical, and hourly roles (manufacturing experience preferred).
+ Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, calendar management, video interview tools, and ATS/HRIS systems.
+ Strong understanding of labor markets, compensation, and offer negotiation.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence and guide hiring teams.

**Pay Details:** $33.00 to $43.00 per hour
