Job Description

As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for completing job cards, routers, and necessary job documentation. You will operate various equipment such as lathes, welders, presses, grinders, cable cutters, swagers, and packaging equipment to manufacture cable assemblies. Your role includes maintaining material traceability, performing visual and tactile inspections, proof-loading assembled parts, gathering samples for testing, and packaging and labeling materials according to job card instructions. Additionally, you will report any part or process quality issues to your supervisor or quality personnel.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in assembly line operations and visual inspection.

+ Skilled in using hand tools and assembling cables.

+ Ability to self-motivate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent attention to detail and good documentation practice.

+ Understanding of part workmanship and data analysis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

+ Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing defects.

+ Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
