• Packaging Technician

    Aerotek is Hiring for Packaging Technicians (2nd & 3rd Shift)

    Overview:

    Join a pharmaceutical packaging team responsible for assembling, labeling, and inspecting products in a clean room environment. This role supports safe and accurate packaging of clinical supplies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Follow GMPs/SOPs to adhere to safety protocol.

    + Operate manual/automated packaging equipment.

    + Perform inspections and quality checks.

    + Clean rooms and equipment per procedures.

    + Use computers for job tracking and data entry.

    + Count and verify packaging components.

    Skills Needed:

    + Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

    + Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, etc.).

    + Ability to read diagrams and batch paperwork.

    + Work independently or in a team.

    + Adaptable and reliable.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Work in cold environments (2–8°C and -20°C).

    + Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching.

    + Must read and understand English documents.

    Work Environment:

    + Clean room with strict gowning procedures.

    + PPE required (e.g., N-95, PAPR, safety glasses).

    + Extra pay for freezer/PAPR work.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $19.55/hr.
