Seeking a skilled Plant Operator to support operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility. This role involves hands-on work with treatment systems, equipment, and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate and maintain treatment plant systems and equipment

+ Perform routine maintenance and in-lab testing

+ Monitor chemical feed systems and adjust process controls

+ Maintain logs and records to ensure permit compliance

+ Operate forklifts, lifts, pumps, and other industrial equipment

+ Promote safety culture and adhere to company standards

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or vocational training

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Wastewater operator license preferred but not required

+ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, PLC systems)

+ Strong interpersonal and record-keeping skills

Skills:

Wastewater operations, mechanical maintenance, pump and valve repair, water treatment systems, safety compliance, lab testing, PLC controls

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
