• QC Inspector

    Aerotek (Carson City, NV)


    Description

    • Work with circuit boards and small electrical components, performing visual and mechanical inspections of components and finished products

    • Use measurement tools and equipment (like microscopes, calipers, x-ray, and vision systems) to verify product specifications

    • Document inspection results and report any non-conformances

    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards

    • Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines

    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, meeting production targets and throughput needs daily

    • Attends training and implements all procedures pertaining to Production, such as ESD, Housekeeping, First Article, Maintenance, Safety, Test and Inspection Procedures, IPC-A-610, etc.
