Repair Technician
Job Description
As a Rigid Endoscope Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and quality assurance of rigid endoscopic instruments. Your work will directly support the mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective endoscope repair services to healthcare providers nationwide.
Responsibilities
+ Perform detailed inspection, testing, and repair of rigid endoscopes using precision tools and optical testing equipment.
+ Disassemble and reassemble endoscopic instruments following manufacturer specifications and internal SOPs.
+ Document all repairs, parts used, and quality control checks in the company’s tracking system.
+ Collaborate with quality assurance and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workbench and adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
+ Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving technologies and repair techniques.
Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ 2+ years of experience in medical device repair, preferably with rigid endoscopes.
+ Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, optics, or biomedical engineering preferred.
+ Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunrise, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
