    Job Title: Water Transfer Technician with WEEKLY pay!

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Water Operator to join our team, requiring a minimum of 6 months experience within the oil & gas industry. This role involves working day or nights operating with 12-hour shifts, typically following a 5 days on, 2 days off schedule.

    Responsibilities

    + Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.

    + Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.

    + Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, distributing them to appropriate locations according to project plans.

    + Store and stack materials.

    + Tend to pumps and generators.

    + Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.

    + Operate hand and power tools.

    Essential Skills

    + Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

    + Ability to perform physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 100 lbs, and using hand and power tools.

    + Must be detail-oriented and possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to thrive in a team environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

    + Experience in energy or construction industry is a plus.

    + Valid driver's license required.

    Work Environment

     

    Work outdoors 24/7 Employees must wear steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Training involves shadowing a lead operator for the first week. Please note that this team does not provide hotels for orientation or daily work.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacksville,WV.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
