Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Ridgeland, South Carolina. This Contract-to-long-term position offers an opportunity to manage payroll operations for a mid-sized organization while ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll and a strong commitment to excellence in payroll administration.

Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

• Manage payroll for an organization with 101 to 500 employees, adhering to all relevant policies and standards.

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll and maintain employee records.

• Verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and tax withholdings.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll operations.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain payroll accuracy and integrity.

• Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and implement necessary adjustments. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.

• Familiarity with payroll for organizations ranging from 101 to 500 employees.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive payroll information with confidentiality.

• Effective communication skills to address payroll-related concerns.
