Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Roseville, Minnesota. This is a contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while utilizing your communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.

• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client requests.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide information and assist with services.

• Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinating with clients and internal teams.

• Process orders with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and maintain essential documentation.

• Support recruiting activities by assisting in registration and onboarding processes.

• Resolve conflicts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive outcomes.

• Guide clients through the registration process, providing clear instructions and assistance. Requirements • Proven experience in customer service roles, including handling inbound and outbound calls.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for email correspondence and phone interactions.

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively.

• Experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and organization.

• Familiarity with order processing and registration procedures.

• Problem-solving skills to handle conflict resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
