    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will support a document redaction project, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful initiative in the non-profit sector while utilizing your customer service skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze documents to identify sensitive information requiring redaction.

    • Accurately redact addresses and other confidential details in compliance with project guidelines.

    • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all redaction activities.

    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity and consistency in project execution.

    • Handle inquiries and provide updates on project progress as needed.

    • Utilize customer service skills to address any concerns related to the redaction process.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

    • Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the redaction workflow.

    • Adhere to established timelines and meet project deadlines. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

    • Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

    • Familiarity with order entry processes and related systems.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions.

    • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

    • Prior experience with document review or redaction is a plus.
